Obour Reign Ands In June 2019

After two terms in office, President of the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA), Bice Osei Kuffuor (Obour) and his team will hand over power to a new administration in June 2019.

At its first Biennial Conference which was held in Cape Coast last weekend, the Union fixed June 18, 2019 as the date for its national elections.

General Secretary of the Union, Deborah Freeman, who announced this also revealed that regional elections will be held on October 25, 2019.

The conference was under the theme: “Building a Vibrant Union for National Development,” and the Central regional Minister, Kwamena Duncan, was the Guest of Honour.
